Got it in the mail, very easy to assemble, I only had to use two tools, a screwdriver and pliers. Took a max of two hours, with a break or two and making sure I read the directions well I worked.
The only issue I am having as already mentioned is the temperature. I cannot get it below 350 degrees. I emailed the company and am being told a new regulator will be on its way and this can be fixed within a couple of days. We will see how it goes, hoping its done by Thanksgiving since I am having a Turkey, Brisket and Ham!!
Overall though, I am really impressed.
Will keep everyone posted as this progresses! Will bump to a five-star if this gets fixed as they say it will!

This is an excellent smoker. I own 3 different kinds of smokers and this is by far the easiest one to use. I have used it in cold temperatures as well as extremely hot temperatures. The key is to watch what the weather is doing and adjust your flame control knob. Also very important on the hot days is to place your smoker in the SHADE ! We are in a Heat wave right now with the heat index being 106-115 degrees and I have NO trouble keeping this smoker at 220 degrees. On very cold days , place it in the sun ! ;-) Enjoy !!

I smoked six store bought beer sausages. I wanted to test low temp regulation. I inserted a Maverick temp probe into one, placed the other probe on the rack, used a position right above the middle. Turned on the gas and set it a little above low. I was able to mantain an about temp of 210f. Also I had water in the pan. It took about 1.5hrs. to get my temp of 165f., as these were raw, and were to be consumed. This is was what I would call just about perfect. I did turn the temp up a little because I felt I didn't want to go to long. The meat had a perfect reddish brown smoke color, and an very even smoke ring all around. I have a Weber charcoal grill, and a small electric smoker. I like them but propane really is the way to go because it is so nice to have a much heat as you want instantly.
